ALBANY—It was a dream come true Friday for two Delaware County elementary school students battling cancer.
Batman came to Albany Elementary School in his Batmobile to visit with Christian Daugherty and Emeri Barger,
Christian has a brain tumor and Emeri has leukemia.
Batman urged the two children to fight the disease and had a message for their classmates: "I want to thank you for being as helpful as you have been to these two because they fight their battles everyday, isn't that true? Yes, but you know what? It's friends like you, friends like you who give them strength, So, you know what, all of you give yourselves a hand for being so supportive of them."
Christian and Emeri also got to sit in the Batmobile, a huge thrill for the two.
