MUNCIE — Hoosiers can expect to see Ball State University's campus on an episode of "Peyton's Places" next season.

Peyton Manning was at the campus with ESPN filming earlier this week with Ball State alumnus David Letterman, who, according to Ball State, suggested filming the episode there.

The two Indiana icons were reportedly filming at Scheumann Stadium and the campus favorite, Frog Baby.

“It was an exciting day for our football program,” Beth Goetz, Ball State’s director of athletics, said. “The team was thrilled to engage with these two Indiana legends for ‘Peyton’s Places.’ We are grateful for the opportunity to help showcase our campus, as it was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience for our student-athletes and coaches.”

This episode of Peyton's Places will air in January.
