INDIANAPOLIS — "Disney On Ice" is coming back to downtown Indianapolis in January with new COVID-19 safety precautions in place.

The Bankers Life Fieldhouse will host 12 shows with the title "Dream Big" between Jan. 13 and 18.

In its announcement released Tuesday, Disney On Ice also incorporated what it is calling "Guest Wellness Enhancements" to keep everyone safe for the live, in-person event.

New regulations include "pod seating" designed to keep groups separated and socially distant. Other protocols are reduced seating capacity, a mask requirement for anyone 2 and older, and contactless souvenir shopping.

Disney fans can expect to see Mickey, Minnie, Miguel, Moana, Elsa, Belle, Genie, and more highlighting Disney’s tales through figure skating.

Tickets go on saleTuesday, Dec. 8 at 10 a.m. Prices start at $20.
