INDIANAPOLIS — Although nightlife has looked entirely different as the coronavirus pandemic continues, a new nightclub is hitting the downtown streets of Indianapolis.

"INVY Nightclub" is set to open in the building that formerly housed "Revel Nightclub" on Meridian Street.

Under new ownership, the nightclub will feature 25 VIP tables that can host anywhere from four to six people and up to 25 to 30 people, two dance floors, the latest sound systems, technology, lighting, and special effects.

"The INVY team is compiled of Indianapolis professionals with high energy, beautiful personalities, and a gift for crafting delicious drinks," INVY's statement to RTV6 read. "Our mission is to create a space that is safe, elegant, and stimulating with the welcoming, upscale Hoosier hospitality our Circle City is known for."

INVY's private grand opening is set for Friday, and will officially open to the public on Saturday. The nightclub says they encourage table reservations to guarantee entrance at this time.

"INVY will be following all state-mandated regulations, we will be practicing social distancing, everyone will be required to have a mask, and will keep our space at the capacity the city of Indianapolis allows per each phase," Invy said.
