Jessica Gruenling joined WRTV as a Reporter and Multi Media Journalist in June of 2023.
Before moving to the Circle City, Jessica was a reporter for Good Morning Colorado in Colorado Springs, Colorado. She covered major national stories including the Club Q shooting, Letecia Stauch murder trial and massive destruction caused by a windstorm in Southern Colorado. Jessica was also able to highlight new businesses in the community and cover the Avalanches run to the Stanley Cup. Jessica was a part of an Emmy award winning newscast for breaking news on the day that saw more than 100 mph winds across Southern Colorado.
Jessica has also made stops in Anchorage, Alaska and College Station, TX (Gig ‘Em). Jessica is excited to be in Indianapolis. Her first visit to Indy was in March of 2016 to cover the Women’s NCAA Final Four and she can’t wait to experience all the big sporting events that come through Indianapolis.
Jessica is an East Coast girl and calls Philadelphia, PA home. She graduated from Temple University with a degree in Broadcasting, Telecommunications and Mass Media.
When Jessica is not working she loves going for walks with her dog, trying new restaurants, and spending time with family and friends. You can also find her cheering on her two favorite teams the New York Yankees and New York Giants.
