INDIANAPOLIS -- With a listeria outbreak in the rearview mirror, Blue Bell Ice Cream is back in Indiana stores.
The company pulled all of its product in April 2015 after samples of the ice cream tested positive for listeria, resulting in three deaths. Blue Bell now says it's time to return to Indiana.

“Various Blue Bell personnel have spent the past several weeks in Indiana as we prepare for the opening. We are extremely thankful for the warm welcome back from so many of you," said Wayne Hugo, vice president, sales and marketing for Blue Bell.
Blue Bell has also re-opened its distribution facility in Indianapolis.
You can find Blue Bell Ice Cream at Meijer, Fresh Thyme, Harvest Market, Safeway, and Walmart in the following cities:
- Bloomington
- Columbus
- Fort Wayne
- Indianapolis
- Kokomo
- Lafayette
- Muncie
- Richmond
- Terre Haute
- West Lafayette
