PLAINFIELD, Ind. – Bru Burger Bar, a Mass Ave, Carmel and Evansville favorite, will open up a location in Plainfield this spring.
The restaurant known for their burgers – of course – will set up shop at 2499 Perry Crossing Way and begin welcoming customers March 13.
Customers not familiar with the brand will notice the wide variety of patties available, including turkey, veggie, lamb, tuna and beef creations.
Some are topped with peppercorn-bourbon glaze, while others contain a little more heat, like the Melt in Your Face burger. Think habanero hot sauce, habanero Havarti, habanero whole grain mustard and jalapenos.
Shareable appetizers also set up an inviting atmosphere with plates like barbecue chicken nachos, onion rings, and roasted jalapeno mac and cheese. Fresh salads and sandwiches can also be ordered.
Sure the burger selection is the star of the show, but those at Bru Burger believe they should be paired with a brew.
The restaurant offers more than 16 craft beers on draft along with over 40 bottles from around the world. An assortment of wines, cocktails and bourbons also make the list.
If there is a chance your burger didn’t fill you up, make sure to grab a hand-dipped milkshake on the way out. You won’t be sorry!
The restaurant is looking to hire a full staff including servers, bartenders and line cooks. Those interested in applying should visit their website.
