One cow in Australia is standing out in a big way.
Knickers the cow, or more accurately a steer, is getting a lot of attention across the world for his impressive size.
According to several local media outlets, Knickers stands just about 6 feet, 4 inches tall and weighs more than 3,000 pounds.
Videos and photos of Knickers with the rest of his herd show him towering over the normal-size cows.
Perth Now reports that the cattle farmer who owns Knickers plans to let the cow live out its life instead of being slaughtered. He made the decision due to Knickers being “too heavy” to process, Perth Now says.
The enormous 7-year-old cow was reportedly purchased for $400 and takes charge of the rest of the herd.
According to The Guardian, Knickers isn't the largest cow in the world — a steer in Italy holds the world record and stands around 6 feet, 6 inches tall.
