Mark Wahlberg's presence in Ohio just got a little bigger.
He's already opened his family's Wahlburgers restaurant in Cleveland and Cincinnati, and now he's bought a Columbus car dealership.
Wahlberg and business partner Jay Feldman, who is an owner of other dealerships in Michigan, are buying Bobby Layman Chevrolet, according to the Columbus Dispatch. It's known in Ohio as "39 oh oh West Broad."
The dealership will be renamed Wahlberg Chevrolet. It will be his first dealership.
Feldman and Wahlberg started looking into buying a car dealership last year. That's when a broker approached Feldman with the opportunity to buy Layman Chevrolet, according to the Columbus Dispatch.
Aside from the name change, they plan to hire more employees and also to add a Wahlberg line special edition Chevys, only available at the Columbus dealership.
