INDIANAPOLIS — Not many people are flying these days, and those who do will have to cover their faces, in most cases, starting soon.
All of the major airlines serving Indianapolis International Airport will be requiring passengers to wear face masks or coverings.
Here are the dates by which each airline is requiring the use of masks or face covering by passengers. People who do not bring their own will be issued one by the airline. Additionally, each airline has more specific COVID-19 information on its website.

- Southwest Airlines: May 11
- United Airlines: May 4
- American Airlines: May 11
- FrontierAirlines: May 8
- Alaska Airlines: May 11
- Sprint. Mask use currently encouraged but not required
- Allegiant: Mask use currently encourage but not required
