Call 6: Indiana Supreme Court asked to appoint special judge to oversee Lake Monroe case

MONROE COUNTY — The Indiana Supreme Court is being asked to appoint a special judge to oversee an alleged racist incident at Lake Monroe, Call 6 Investigates has learned.

Multiple Monroe County judges have recused themselves.

Two people, Sean Purdy and Jerry Cox, are facing multiple charges in connection with the alleged incident involving Vauhxx Booker on July 4.
