INDIANAPOLIS -- Indianapolis police have been warned to be on alert for an alleged police impersonator.
Melvin Hall II was pulled over Saturday for driving a white Crown Victoria with LED emergency lights. He was released, but an officer safety bulletin was issued warning officers to use extreme caution with Hall.
In July, the state pulled his license as a security guard under his business – Urban Tactical Response Agency. He is accused of telling people he worked with IMPD and the sheriff's department.
Hall is scheduled to be in court on Wednesday.
