All IPS schools going virtual on Nov. 23

INDIANAPOLIS — All Indianapolis Public Schools will return to remote learning for all grades beginning Monday, Nov. 23, a week earlier than Marion County's requirement.

IPS schools will be remote through Monday, Jan. 18.

"We will provide more detailed information to our families and staff within the next 24 hours," an IPS release states.

Thursday morning, the Marion County Public Health Department announced that all schools, public and private, will go virtual by Nov. 30.
