INDIANAPOLIS — Stores braced for the biggest return day of the year and this year it looks different for shoppers because of the pandemic.
The day after Christmas is a big day for stores.
Mask and social distance restrictions are not stopping shoppers from showing up to make gift returns, or use Christmas cash.
WRTV talked with shoppers to find out just how different today is compared to other years.
"The atmosphere is different I am surprised there aren't more people out. We went to best buy earlier, and the return line was super short so were surprised. I don't know if that is the way that Christmas is falling or because of everything that is going on but we were really surprised about that," said Jen Killebrew.
