INDIANAPOLIS — Indianapolis stay-at-home restrictions expire Friday. What happens then? We should learn more Wednesday.

Watch the press conference with Indianapolis Mayor Joe Hogsett and Marion County Health Department Director Dr. Virginia Caine below.

Mayor Joe Hogsett and Marion County Health Department Director Dr. Virginia Caine plan a 10:30 a.m. news conference. According to the mayor's office, Hogsett and Caine will "offer next steps on the reopening of Marion County during the COVID-19 pandemic."

As the rest of the state has been reopening, Marion County, along with Lake and Cass counties, have been under extended restrictions because of concerns over the spread of the virus.

At the Wednesday news conference, Hogsett and Caine will discuss "the timing and specifics of the next phase of reopening as well as upcoming measures by the City of Indianapolis to assist local businesses and further control the spread of COVID-19."
