INDIANAPOLIS – As part of this Indy Art and Seek program with Keep Indianapolis Beautiful, artist Phil Campbell created an art installation using free PPE.
The art installation has free masks hanging, available to take if you need one.
The installation is at the intersection of 10th Street and Hamilton Avenue on the city’s east side.
If you have masks you’d like to share, you can also contribute to the project.
