INDIANAPOLIS – The state of Indiana will stay in Stage 5 for the time being, Gov. Eric Holcomb said Wednesday.

Holcomb said he will revisit the decision in a week. He also extended the mask mandate until at least Nov. 14.

“We all want to get to the finish line,” Holcomb said. “We all want to return to times pre-COVID.”

Indiana State Health Commissioner Dr. Kris Box said she tested positive, along with her daughter and grandson. Box said she is currently asymptomatic.
