INDIANAPOLIS -- The Indianapolis Indians 2020 baseball season was just a few weeks from starting when professional sports in the U.S. shut down last week. And the Indy Fuel still had a half dozen regular-season home hockey games to play.
Tuesday, the Indians announced the 2020 season will not begin anytime before mid-May. With federal guidelines limiting large in person events to 50 people or less, Victory Field must remain empty.
For season ticket holders and fans who already have single game tickets, the team says information will be coming soon.
As for the Indy Fuel, the East Coast Hockey League canceled it's remaining games and playoffs. Ticket refund information for home Fuel games not played is available at: https://www.indyfuelhockey.com/
