INDIANAPOLIS — One of the top health officials in the country is talking with WRTV.
Dr. Jerome Adams, the U.S Surgeon General, used to be Indiana's health commissioner.
Dr. Adams has a message for those returning to school and also talks about his support for wearing masks, but questions a national mandate.
