FRANKLIN — At the end of the school day Wednesday, several school buses took a slight detour to surprise health care workers at Johnson Memorial Hospital.
The buses were also joined by the Franklin officers, deputies with the Johnson County Sheriff's office, and Bargersville firefighters to name of a few.
This parade outside of Johnson Memorial Health comes as a time when this facility, like so many others, is weathering the global pandemic.
The honking, sirens and cheers were all meant to raise the spirits of the people working on the front line.
