What to do about refunds for canceled Indiana events

INDIANAPOLIS — If you had tickets to an event that has now been canceled, the Indiana Attorney General’s Office has some advice for you.

The AG’s office says you should check the terms and conditions to see whether the tickets are refundable. If you’re unsure, check the venue for more information.

If you should be getting a refund and the venue isn’t doing that, report the organization to the Indiana attorney generalhere.

If you see unexpected credit card charges related to a cancelation, you should first contact the company, then your credit card company, then file a complaint with the Indiana Attorney General’s Office.

Anybody with any questions should call the Consumer Protection Division, at 1-800-382-5516.
