HAMILTON CO. — Police have arrested a Hamilton County judge who's facing drug charges. Investigators told RTV6 Magistrate William Paul Greenaway was booked into jail on Friday afternoon.
A few hours later, Greenaway was released from behind bars.

Greenaway is charged with meth possession, resisting law enforcement and obstructing of justice.
State police say he bought meth from a confidential informant, then swallowed the drugs and bit an officer.
The Hamilton County court administrator says Greenaway is indefinitely suspended pending further information.
