INDIANAPOLIS -- An anonymous tip led to the arrest of a 19-year-old man for selling drugs in Indianapolis and Zionsville, police said Tuesday.
According to officers with the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department, the complaint specifically said that Collin Prestholt was receiving large quantities of marijuana through the mail and dealing it out of his apartment.
The officers said they could smell burnt marijuana when they arrived at the Castleton Arms Apartment Complex in the 2400 block of Plaza Drive on Indianapolis' north side on March 11.
Prestholt told police it was his apartment and that two other people were inside.
One of them, Robert Pfister, 19, said he and Prestholt had been best friends since high school.
When questioned by an officer, Pfister said that Prestholt deals in marijuana, hash oil and wax.

Pfister was also arrested on a preliminary charge of visiting a common nuisance. In addition, a 16-year-old was arrested on preliminary charges of possession of marijuana and visiting a common nuisance.
Detectives say they found and seized the following items at Prestholt's apartment:
