HENRY COUNTY, Ind. – Two people were shot in Kennard, Indiana Thursday evening.
Henry County Sheriff Richard McCorkle said two people were shot in the 200 block of Main Street around 5 p.m.
Police found Sarah Swift, 33, and Caleb Broad, 34, outside of the home with multiple gunshot wounds.
Swift was airlifted to an Indianapolis hospital and Broad was transported by ambulance with life-threatening injuries.
Investigators with the Henry County Sheriff's Department said James Brandon Swift, 40, shot his estranged wife and Broad.
Swift was taken into custody around 4:30 a.m. Friday.
