DELPHI — A construction project is taking center stage in honor of two teenage girls killed in Carroll County.
RTV6 is getting our first look at the amphitheater coming together at the site of the "Abby and Libby Memorial Park" in Delphi.

The project is part of a project to remember Abby Williams and Libby German. The teenage girls were killed in February 2017.
Their killer has yet to be arrested.
The memorial park will include softballs and a place for families to enjoy music and other artistic events.
