More than 1,600 Indiana K-12 students test positive for COVID-19

INDIANAPOLIS — At least 1,676 Indiana K-12 students have tested positive for COVID-19, the Indiana State Department of Health said Wednesday.

There have also been 335 positive cases of teachers and 343 positive staff cases.

The state’s official dashboard for Indiana schools should be going online at some point Wednesday, ISDH said.

ISDH said of the 1,359 schools that reported information on COVID tests, 740 schools reported one or more cases and 617 cases reported zero cases.
