INDIANAPOLIS – Early voting totals, both in-person and via mail, have far surpassed the previous three elections through three weeks.

In the first 21 days of in-person early voting, 55,030 Marion County residents have cast a ballot, according to the Marion County Clerk's Office. This is more than 2016 (27,508), 2012 (19,105) or 2008 (27,054).

Mail-in early voting is also much higher in 2020 than the previous few presidential elections.
