INDIANAPOLIS – Due to high demand for early voting in Marion County, Clerk Myla Eldridge extended early voting house in her office until 9 p.m., effective Wednesday.

Under the new hours, early voting times will be:

  • Oct. 28 through Oct. 30: 8:00 a.m.-9 p.m.
  • Oct. 31-Nov. 1: 10 a.m.–9 p.m.
  • Nov. 2: 8:00 a.m.–Noon

Early voting hours at the five satellite locations are unaffected.

“Extending voting hours in the Clerk’s Office is the most I can do under current election laws to best accommodate Marion County voters,” Eldridge said.
