INDIANAPOLIS – The Libertarian candidate may be giving the Republican party heartburn as he could draw from voters who are upset with the governor’s response to the pandemic.
Software engineer Donald Rainwater believes he has the best shot as a Libertarian to unseat the governor.
Rainwater says he would have never imposed a mask mandate even if he were the governor today.
