INDIANAPOLIS — About five years ago RTV6's photojournalist Eldon Wheeler spent an inspirational day with a little girl named Zailey at her school in Mooresville.
Zailey was born with a congenital disease that left her with no use of her hands or legs, so she did her schoolwork by writing with her mouth. She is also able to control her wheelchair with her face.
Just a few days ago, Eldon and his wife just happened to see Zailey and her mom while on an outing in Plainfield and had a very happy reunion.
Eldon tells us Zailey has since moved away from the Mooresville school district and she will be entering sixth grade this fall.
Zailey is just one of those people you can't help but be inspired by.
