GREENWOOD — The smiles in Greenwood say it all.
The group known as "Pedals of Joy" was able to fix-up bicycles for kids and adults in need.
Last Saturday, John and Janna Phillips and volunteers in Greenwood passed out 140 bikes, and many bike helmets.
All was done while practicing social distancing in Johnson County.
