INDIANAPOLIS — On 'Giving Tuesday,' four organizations in Central Indiana are getting some significant gifts.

PNC Bank is giving $100,000 to the groups as part of its initiative called 'Grow Up Great.' The program is geared toward organizations that work with kids from birth to age 5.

One group that received a donation on Tuesday was the Indianapolis Zoo.

"We are just tremendously appreciative of our good partners at PNC," Rob Shumaker, Indianapolis Zoo president, said. "Their focus on kids and their support for advancing conservation."

Others receiving the grants include the Indianapolis Public Library, the Edna Martin Christian Center Preschool, and Teachers' Treasures at Northwest Middle School.
