INDIANAPOLIS — The Indiana Department of Transportation has had to cancel their virtual career fair scheduled for later this week because of a hiring freeze.
INDOT said they had more than 100 open positions to fill.
The event was scheduled for 10 to 11 a.m. April 30 on Microsoft Teams, an online video conferencing application available for both desktop and mobile devices. The event was already rescheduled from a previously announced April 16 event.
It is unclear when the hiring freeze will be lifted.
