INDIANAPOLIS — An Indianapolis-based transportation and logistics company is hiring.
Direct Connect Logistix is looking to hire up to 20 new sales reps as it expands into a larger space to accomodate its growing workforce.
Direct Connect Logistix CEO Greg Humrichouser said the company is still busy during the COVID-19 pandemic due to its focus on the food and beverage industry and getting into retail spaces like Costco.
"So what we are looking for is self-motivated, highly ambitious, highly competitive people that may have books of business, that have been in the transportation industry before, that are looking for a sales opportunity. We're base salary, plus commission and base salary minimum is going to be $36,000, but it can go up depending on how much experience one person has."
The company is doing virtual interviews during the pandemic, and Hunrichouser said 95% of employees are currently working from home.
