INDIANAPOLIS — Fresh Market, the specialty grocer with stores on the Indianapolis north side and Carmel, is holding a national hiring event next month for "seasonal" and part-time openings at its 159 stores.
Applications will be taken and interviews will be held at all stores October 2 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and the next day, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
The Indianapolis Fresh Market is at 5415 North College Avenue. In Carmel, the address is 2490 East 146th Street.
Nationwide, the company hopes to hire 1,500 people for the holiday season. Job candidates are encouraged to apply online at The Fresh Market’s website before attending the hiring event so specific interview times can be scheduled, but walk-ins will be accepted.
All stores will be following COVID-19 safety protocols during the interviews, including social distancing and wearing a face covering.
Besides Carmel and Indianapolis, Fresh Market has Indiana locations in Ft. Wayne and Evansville.
