INDIANAPOLIS — The Indiana Department of Workplace Development is planning a virtual job fair on Thursday for Celadon employees impacted by the company's closure.
The virtual job fair is scheduled for 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, according to a press release from Indiana DWD.
On Dec. 9, Celadon Trucking filed for bankruptcy and announced they were "winding down operations."

Several companies in Indianapolis, including McFarling Foods, Martin Transportation Systems, Hogan Transports Inc., DOT Transportation, and Venture Logistics will be participating in the job fair, according to the release. A/T Transportation in Ferdinand will also take part in the job fair.
Companies will talk about their hiring opportunities for drivers, mechanics, dispatch, customer service and office support staff.
