FRANKLIN — The vendor hired to put up tents at the Johnson County Fairgrounds relied on his steady workforce to get the job done before crowds return.
Most of the employees are students on break from school, but it has been a challenge for Glenn Rice, the owner of All Occasion Tent Rental, to find people who want to do the job.
