COLUMBUS — A fire that heavily damaged four condominium units in Columbus has displaced 11 people and three pets, according to Columbus Fire Department Capt. Michael Wilson.

Investigators listed the cause of Tuesday's fire as undetermined. However, the origin of the fire was identified.

"An undetermined cause is used in fire investigations whenever the cause cannot be proven to an acceptable level of certainty," the Columbus Fire Department's release read.

No injuries were reported in the fire, and the Salvation Army and American Red Cross of South Central Indiana are providing the fire victims assistance.
