Sen. Cruz has spent more time campaigning in Indiana than any other presidential candidate thus far, an effort which grew after he struck a deal with fellow potential GOP presidential candidate, Gov. John Kasich, to split up some of the remaining primaries to attack Donald Trump, rather than battle each other.
