4 high school students injured in Bartholomew Co. crash

HOPE, Ind. -- Four high school students were injured in a crash Wednesday near Hope, Indiana. 

The crash happened at about noon near the intersection of State Road 9 and 600 North.

Bartholomew County Sheriff Matt Myers said two vehicles, a car and a truck pulling a trailer, were involved in the crash. The truck was traveling south on SR 9 as a Chevy Cavalier was pulling onto SR 9 to cross and didn't see the other vehicle.

All four people in the Cavalier are students at Hauser High School. There were all hospitalized in unknown conditions. 

The driver of the truck was not injured.
