INDIANAPOLIS -- The body of a woman found in the White River on Indianapolis' southwest side has been identified as a 30-year-old woman. Her death is being investigated as a homicide.
Officers with the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department were called to the 2700 block of S. Harding Street just before 11:30 Monday morning after two fishermen said they saw a body in the river.
The woman was identified Wednesday as Jenny Boltinghouse, 30.
It is unknown how she died or how she ended up in the water.
