The shirt is part of the Barbells And Badges Honor a Hero Project, which is working directly with the Boone County Sheriff's Office.
Proceeds from shirt sales will be given to the office and the shirts can be ordered online.
Pickett was a five-year veteran of the sheriff's office at the time of his death.
Earlier, he worked for the Tipton County Sheriff's Office and the Marion County Jail.
A 2020 trial is scheduled for Anthony Baumgardt, the man charged in Pickett's death.
