CARMEL — Carmel Fire Department crews are standing by after a person with a shotgun was at the of scene of a condo fire Sunday.
Emergency personnel were called around 2:20 p.m. to the 900 block of Brownstone Trace, near Carmel Drive and South Guilford Road, on the report of smoke coming from a condo, according to the fire department.
When Carmel Police Department officers arrived, they found a person with a shotgun, according to the fire department. Firefighters are standing by in the area while police investigate.
South Guilford Road is closed between 116th Street and Carmel Drive.
