CASS COUNTY — In an update, investigators have determined that multiple vehicles traveled south bound on U.S. 35 after an alleged hit-and-run that killed Zachary Wines and Bryan Curry in November.
Since the night of this deadly crash, Indiana State Police have been asking anyone with information to come forward.
Wines, 26, and Curry, 52, were killed on Nov. 27, in a crash that occurred between 6:20 p.m. and 6:30 p.m., near Cass County Road 800 South.
ISP lead investigator says:
"a small black or dark colored sedan (or coupe), followed by a small black or dark colored SUV, in addition to what appeared to be a Jeep Cherokee, were observed traveling southbound in the area. The Jeep Cherokee type vehicle drove out of the Walton Maramart lot prior to traveling southbound on U.S. 35, towards the crash scene."
There were also a reported two vehicles traveling north bound on U.S. 35, near the crash scene. One vehicle a gray/silver pick-up truck, and the other a dark colored pick-up truck with flashing yellow lights
Lead investigator, Brent Ingram, would like to gain more information by speaking with the occupants of these vehicles.
Anyone with information on the alleged crash that took the life of these two men, is asked to come forward.
