Coca-Cola Consolidated announces $55 million investment in Whitestown facility

WHITESTOWN -- Coca-Cola Consolidated announced Monday it will invest $55 million in a new distribution and warehouse facility in Whitestown.

Construction on the new 400,000 square foot facility is slated to begin this month, and is expected to be completed in the spring of 2021.

According to a press release, some operations currently performed in the Indianapolis facility will be partially relocated to the new Whitestown facility, including the distribution, sales, equipment services, and warehouse functions.

Coca-Cola Consolidated is the largest Coca-Cola bottler in the United States.
