INDIANAPOLIS — One person has died, and another is injured after being shot on the northeast side of Indianapolis Wednesday.
Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department officers responded to the 4000 block of Brentwood Drive on reports of a person shot shortly after 5 p.m.
Upon arrival, officers located two victims suffering from gunshot injuries.
One victim was pronounced dead at the scene and the other victim was transported to a local hospital in an unknown condition.
