INDIANAPOLIS — One person is dead after a shooting on the north side of Indianapolis Sunday morning.
According to Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department, officers responded to 3000 Boulevard Place on a report of a person shot.
When officers arrived, they located an adult male victim with gunshot injuries.
Police said the victim was transported to an area hospital, where they were pronounced deceased.
The incident is under investigation.
IMPD says there is no threat to the public.
