INDIANAPOLIS -- An 18-year-old has been arrested in connection with a fatal shooting outside an Indianapolis liquor store.
The victim was found dead in a pickup truck on May 28, in the 2100 block of N. Post Road.
He has been identified as Elijah Lacey, 18.

The suspect, 18 year-old Anthony Steele, was arrested Friday on a preliminary charge of murder. Police are still looking for a person seen getting out of the passenger side of the pickup truck.
