INDIANAPOLIS — Two people were shot Thursday afternoon with one person dying on the near northeast side.
According to IMPD, officers responded to the 3400 block of E. 36th Street and located two men with gunshot wounds. One of them died at the scene.
The other was transported to the local hospital in critical condition.
