INDIANAPOLIS — A 20-year-old man was arrested on Wednesday for a series of six robberies on the south side of Indianapolis, according to the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department.
The suspect is accused of robbing three people and three gas stations in three days. Five of the crimes were committed within five hours of each other between the night of Thursday, Oct. 29 and the morning hours of Friday, Oct. 30. He's believed to also be the suspect of another burglary on Monday, Nov. 2.
According to IMPD's Covert Robbery Unit, the suspect was armed with a revolver when committing the thefts.
Detectives were granted a search warrant for the suspect's vehicle and home, where investigators located evidence related to the crimes, according to police.
The 20-year-old was arrested for robbery level 3 and transported to the Marion County Jail.

- Oct. 30 at 1:35 a.m. — 8045 S Meridian St. — Robbery of a BP Get Go
- Oct. 30 at 1:43 a.m. — 5960 S. East St. — Robbery of a Speedway gas station
- Nov. 2 at 7:51 p.m. — 5508 Madison Ave. — Robbery of a Speedway gas station
